Because between 87 and 88 Chrysler may have changed the logic module if you got this from an auto parts take the receipt they should take it back. Also they do stuff like that during production and have early/late build cars.

I know. I bought a correct logic module, exactly the one that I should. And after few days of running it got broken again (I think) - no flash codes anymore, but the car won't start. I ordered another one (also correct for my vehicle) but I am afraid that it will get broken again when I drive few days. The question is what could cause it again?

After long diagnosing it occured that the ignition coil has got broken after overheating the car. I replaced it and now it's working fine since few days. It took me 2 years to get the LeBaron going, but I finally did! :) Thanks for help and advices.

Cheers,
Paulina
