Since your getting no spark and no fuel injector pulse it sounds like it is a crankshaft sensor or camshaft sensor problem. It will have to be relearened at a dealership.

Sounds like you will have to have the PCM tested

I was just curious, did you do any testing before you replaced anything? Were there any codes?

Did you check for spark from the coil wire? The primary circuits to the coil, one is B+, the other ground pulse. Can you tell what is missing?

Replaced starter, cam shaft sensor, ECM, all fuses are good. Got 55 lbs at rail.
She sounds and acts like she wants to turn over but won't get the final push to actually start.

Good afternoon,

What happens to the fuel pressure while cranking?

The spec is 55 to 62. you are at the low limit and these engines are very touchy with pressure. 5 lbs down and it will not run.

Does it have spark? does the tachometer move up a little on cranking?

Jeff, what exactly do the RPMs tell you when it's kicking over? Do the RPMs tell you if the crank shaft sensor is working or not?

Hi,

If you don't have an RPM signal, chances are there is a problem with the crankshaft position sensor.

Let us know.
