2007 Chevrolet Silverado 07 Plug Times On Set Time Had Guy Pull

i have a 07 chevrolet silverado and i need to know what plug it times on?or how to set the time, we had a guy pull the disttibutor off of it and he didnt mark it so now we cant get it back in time

There should be timing indicated on the emissions sticker under the hood. There are timing marks on the cranks pulley and timing cover. It times off of number 1 plug. There is so little timing to turning the distributor you can do it by turning it until it runs the smoothest.
