Truck runs perfect at times but sometimes wont run at all

Start with a battery check. Get the alternator checked as well. The starter may have a dead spot in it causing this condition.

All that is fine. And it cranks fine after about a week, with out doing a thing.

I believe you have a failing starter motor.

Wont crank has fire and fuel pressure, spitting back though the intake manifold
