I just checked and the ground from the black wire is solid but the ground and power from the pcm was not producing anything when I was cranking the engine. This has to mean that the PCM is faulty. I checked this by using a test pen light and stripping the wires from the middle to where the test pen could fit and there was no light.

Yep, I have seen the PCM cause this issue, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. But, I have also seen a shorted coil shut down the PCM ignition coil drivers as well. I know you replaced the module but did that include the coils as well? Here is how to change out the PCM. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Turns out that it was the crankshaft position sensor but when I was reconnecting the module to the harness, one of the pins broke which caused it to not start. I put a different module and the car finally started. Thank you for all you help.
