No fuel to carburetor

Lose the condenser, it is there to keep the static off of your radio, if you will install resistor spark plugs this should eliminate the static. There are other brands, my #1 choice is Champion if I can get them, my second preference is Autolite. Here's a link:

I still see your breather hole is capped off on the valve cover, don't forget to make it breathe!
