1995 Nissan Sentra Wont start

I have a 1995 nissan sentra that will not start. I have check the fuel line and pump and it good. I have check the spark plugs and it good. It turn over like it want to catch but just dont. Any suggestting.

How did you check the fuel pump? Did you check to make sure you have minimum of 40psi of fuel coming out of the fuel rail?

How did you check the plugs? Did you check to make sure that you have good, blue sparks from the spark plugs.
