1993 Nissan Sentra RELAYS

I have checked the relays and one of them is burnt out how do I replace it. The color is blue. When I try to turn on the car it will not start as if it is not getting gas.

Sounds like the fuel pump relay if its not getting fuel

Thank you for helping me I will run this by to my husband. He is going to try again tomorrow morning checking for the fuel fuse and all. I will get back to you then. Again thanks for helping guide me through this to guide him. He's bullheaded, but you guys seem to listen to the wives when we think you are not listen. Thank you again.
