Car is not turning on

Hi,

I need to know a few things. Does the starter engage and turn the engine? Have you checked to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine? Also, this vehicle has an OBD1 computer system. You don't need a scanner to check for diagnostic trouble codes. If you follow this link, it explains how to retrieve the codes which should point us in the right direction for as far as a cause.
