I just replaced my compressor and all the lines and condenser. Then my compressor clutch wouldn’t kick in, so I went to the fuse box and jumped the relay. It then turned the clutch on, and the truck was blowing ice cold air! So, I found out the reason the clutch wouldn’t kick on was because the clutch cycling switch on the accumulator was bad, so I replaced it. Now everything under the hood is working properly and it’s holding refrigerant but blowing hot air. Doesn’t make sense to me any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the temperature blend door actuator is not working, to confirm, let's test the system to make sure it is getting cold, with the engine running and the A/C system on grasp the low sideline coming from the firewall to see if it is cold. If so, then the temperature blend door actuator is bad, here is a guide to help you change it out.
