Low burping sound from exhaust.

95 mit 3000gt twin turbo. When the car is in idle you can hear a low burping sound, it kind of sounds like low popping noises and its not releasing black smoke. It does have hks exhaust so I dont know if thats part of the problem because it makes the car sound loud or is that normal on turbo cars with performance exhaust?
