intermittantly, all of sudden, there is a miss and almost complete loss of power. It clears when I turn off the engine and restart. It has gone from once in three days of commuting to every few miles. I pulled codes P0455 and P1506.

I have to be honest, I don't see how either of those codes would cause this problem. Have you checked fuel pump pressure when it is happening?

I didn't think the codes were causing the problem either, but they were the only codes present. I do not have a fuel pressure guage. Yesterday I cleared the codes (pulled the ground off the battery), today I drove about 70 miles before it lost power again. In the next 30 miles it happened two more times. Could it be the PCM?

It could be related to the PCM, but I don't feel that is the problem. See if you can borrow or rent a fuel pressure gauge at a local parts store. Something is telling me you are losing fuel pressure which is causing the power loss.

Got pressure guage, engine off 40 psi, engine running 30psi, have not been able to catch pressure when loss of power is happening, it's is happening about once in 100 miles.
