I HAVE A 1997 MERCURY SABLE IT HAS ABOUT 213000 MILES ON IT WHICH THE MOTOR STILL RUNS GOOD DOES NOT USE OIL OR SMOKE . BUT
IT KIND OF JERKS WHEN TAKING OFF WHEN I GIVE IT GAS AND IT ALSO VIBRATES. COULD THIS BE CAUSED FROM A BROKE MOTOR MOUNT. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD A BROKEN MOTOR MOUNT ON THE LEFT FRONT. ALSO IF MY WATER PUMP WERE TO BE BAD WHAT WOULD THE CAR BE DOING OR COULD IT STILL BE OPERATIONAL.

could be motor mount, if your water pump was bad then she would run hot when your stop if you give it some gas the temp hand will start going down, or it will start squeling.
