Engine Performance problem
2002 Mercury Sable Front Wheel Drive Automatic 76000 miles

when engine is idling, it seems to misfire. Already had fuel injector cleaned, they replaced spark plug. Seems like spark plug is bad again or something else is wrong. Is fine when engine is running. Is shifting fine and running fine. No 'check engine light' comes on. Same thing happened and they replaced the spark plug. Could there be a bad batch of spark plugs from the dealer. It is a dealer who is preforming service. Thank you.

Hi:
You may have gotten a bad spark plug, but if it's doing the same thing, I feel something may be causing the misfire. Did they replace the ignition wires with the plugs?
