1995 Mercury Cougar leaking coolant from bumper!

Well the title explains it its leaking on the passenger side where the second bolt is. I know I have been posting a lot recently and I just noticed this today. So I am taking it to a mechanic as we speak. I was just trying to get another insight to see if someone has expirenced this problem before. Btw I know the mechanic and he wont jipp me.

The only way coolant is going to find it's way into the bumper is with a leaking radiator dripping onto it.

Well could it be a bad hose? Or would I need a whole new radiator

It only seemed to leak 12 hours AFTER I drove it.
