Radiator fan malfunction

I noticed once when I had the hood open and the car running that my radiator fan wasn't moving at all. What should I do? Im going to be flushing the radiator out this weekend, would that have anything to do with it?

Was the car overheating at the time you were looking? It doesn't come on until the temp gets real high.
