mx 5 obd II P1135

I am working on a mazda miata 1999 mx-5 5600 miles
I keep recieving a P1135. The computer in the car reports "manufacturer control: pedal position intermitient fule air meaturing"
After replaceing the throttle position sensor clearing driving 60 miles the code comes back help!!!!

P1135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)


Need to replace your vehicle's heated oxygen sensor. There are normally two sensors - one on the front exhaust manifold and one on the rear. Bank 1 is same side as number 1 cylinder and sensor 1 is the sensor closest to the engine..
