Hey there, Im workin on a B2200. The current issue is Coolant being burnt off thru the exhaust. Classic white sweet steam. The tests i've performed are : Rad pressuering test, Holds pressure, And not gaining pressure from compression leak. Check plugs, #3 being suspiciously clean, But Cyclinder NOT. Pressureing up each cyl. On TDC watching for bubbles from rad, None. Compression test All 4, normal and no dramatic pressure loss. Visual inspection of each cyl. With a scope, normal. The coolant is building up in the exhaust somewheres and burning off when the motor starts burning. I suspectded head gasket at first, but every test and inspection ive done proves me wrong. I am keeping rad pressure toped up with a tester and leaving it sit for a few hours, then im gunna check the cylynders agian for leakage, and I am also going to pull the exhaust manifold off to see? Anybody have this issue? Any answers? HELP LOL

Hi
You pretty much have this under control. Your prob will most likely be #3.I would run pressure tester on until eng is at normal operating temp.

There is a small possibility of a hairline crack in the head, most likely if so it would be in the threads.

While you have guage on and eng hot. Remove #3 plugraise that cyl to tdc. Now pressureize this cyl with air and a adaptor. See if there is a pressure change on the guage.

Hopefully this may help.
