1996 Mazda 626 Automatic 90000 miles

I am planning to buy this car but there is constant overheating of the engine and white smoke comes out through the exhaust while driving the car. What might be the problem and approximately how much does it cost to get it fixed? Do you suggest me to buy the car? Thanks in advance.

Either you forget about it or get it block and pressure tested to find out where its leaking and comeback with the results.
