I have white smoke out my exhaust and I all way have to put coolant in radiator just started 1 week ago its of and on

This indicates coolant being burnt through the engine. You will need to check for a faulty head gasket. While head is off, also have head tested for cracks/warpage before reinstalling.

Just keep coolant in the system full and keep an eye on the temp. gauge... but I wouldn't drive it unless I absolutely had to.
