My car initially powers when in neutral state but once the gears are engaged it barely moves. I have replaced the airflow filter, brain box, injector and numerous sensors. Right now I am about to change the throttle. Can I convert the injection to carburetor to solve this problem once and for all?

Is the check engine light on? Its best to leave the injection and just fix it. Here are a couple of guides to help you do some easy testing:

Many parts on today's vehicles need to be programmed to match the vehicle they are installed on. You mention that you replaced sensors and the "brain box". Did you also re-program or reset those to match your vehicle? If not then it is very likely that is the problem. The ECM in particular is not an item that can just be swapped out without being matched to your vehicle.
