My left side low beam has stopped working. I have checked the bulb and the ballast and when plugged into the drivers side it works fine. So I am a bit stuck.

Hi there! We need to verify power and ground at the headlight. From what you wrote, I understand that it is the passenger's side (right side) low beam that isn't working. The right or left of a vehicle is determined from the perspective of sitting in the driver's seat. You'll need a voltmeter, which can be very inexpensive, you don't need a very fancy one.

Here's how to use a voltmeter, if you don't already know. https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-voltmeter

The check for no voltage (no more than 0.03V) at the brown ground wire and voltage at the yellow wire at the head light.
If there is no voltage on the yellow wire, you'll need to check for power on the same yellow wire at the light module. If there is voltage at the light module, there is a break in the wire between the light module and the headlight. If there is not, there is a problem with the light module.
I'm adding the wiring diagram (two images) and the location image for the light module.

Also, it looks like you'd have to buy that part from a dealership (or out of a junkyard) because it's not pulling up as available at the major auto part retailers.

I hope this helps! Good luck!

Hello,

It sounds like the lighting module has gone out. but to be sure here is the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the lighting module location as well. Please check the wiring to confirm. here is a guide to help us:

I would try used module to save money or you will need to have a new one programmed to the car which should run about $130.00. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
