Passenger side front end vibration

I get a very loud vibration sound from the front passenger side of my truck, when going 25-27 mph. It also happens when turning left, at slower speeds. I am wondering if it is the hub assembly? It has been doing this for a little while, and this morning, my brakes went to the floor. I have read where the axle bearing could cause this. Could the hub assembly be the problem?
