blower motor

2001 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series with 100500 miles. 4.6 liter engine.

Blower motor speed occilates from high to low and sometimes it will not blow at all. Can a novice make this repair?

If you have the proper test equipment and some electrical knowledge. Test the power going into the fan speed relay to see if the control head is what is telling it to vary speed
