1998 Lincoln town car air suspension switch

how does the air suspension work? :?: :!: :!: is it delicate because i feel I have to be very senstive in driving the car & if I switched the air suspension off is there any harm using it daily?

it is bad for the bags to completely drain, and with out the air ride on it will be very unsafe exspecially if air bags are not inflated.
