1992 Lincoln Town Car Fuel Pump Fuse

It cut out over the weekend and wont start. It cranks but wont start. It keeps blowing the fuel pump fuse. Could anyone give me a suggestion on what to do or try or what it might be? Need help!!!!!

Check the wiring for shorts to the pump. Next would be a new pump.

The pump working put a new relay in it. but still blows fuse. will blow 20 fuse but not 30? why that and what could we do
