1999 Lincoln Town Car blower not working

Hi I am not a pro mechanic but do have the Ford manual for this car, There could be a problem with the blower speed controler or the electronic automatic temprature controler (EATC) or related connectors. If you are familiar with the use of a volt/ohm meter you should be able to proceed with a service manual or perhaps Alldata at a library.
Perhaps someone else here could be of more help to you although to answer your question, replacing the blower motor may not resolve this.
