2002 Kia V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 94000 miles

sounds like a metal to metal sound, but I checked and pads are fine. How can I be sure what it is? Front wheel bearings? If so, how do I remove and replace?

With the brakes cold, check to make sure the backing plate behind the rotor isnt touching the rotor!

A bad wheel bearing hub can make this noise here is how to change the bearing hub out. This video shows the job being done on a similar car but the procedure is the same.
