I have had the breaks checked twice and the dealer tells me there is 97% of the break pads left and they can not fine any problem? The breaks make a LOAD squeeking noise, but they can not fine anything wrong? WHAT could it be? The Jeep only has 11,000 miles on it. It is very nerve racking? Jeff

Hi there,

Often disc rotors can glaze up, this is a combination of heat, brake pad material and brake operation, normally a light disc skim will remove the glaze and no more squeaks. Ask you mechanic to check for this.
