My jeep has intermittent fuel problem. It loses pressure at times, causing it to sputter, or even stall at times. Sometimes it will start up right away, sometimes it takes 10 or 15 minutes to get it started. The fuel filter has just been replaced, that seemed to solve the problem for about 120 mile, then the same problem. I would like to know what other causes might be, thanks

First, remove the new filter to see if it plugged up again. You may be getting dirt from the tank. If it isn't dirty, here is a how to for checking fuel pump pressure. Check it and let me know what you find.
