Hello, do some testing at the starter relay in the power distribution center. The voltage for the switch/load side of relay is hot all the time. The voltage for the coil side of relay goes hot with the key in the crank position.
You could check the starter by using a jumper on the terminals for the switch side of relay, the starter should crank. There could be safety issues using that jumper, more so with a manual tranny than an automatic. Either one if the tranny is in gear, the vehicle will move. Make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set.
Any codes?
