There are a number of things that will cause this but on these 6-cylinder engines, the crank sensor commonly fails.

When you crank the engine do you get any movement with the RPMs, or does it stay flat? If it moves, then the crank sensor is most likely okay.
However, we should also check for fuel by checking the fuel pressure.

Once we know if you have a crank signal and fuel pressure, we can make a better decision, but we need to start with this.
