Electrical problem
1992 Jeep Cherokee V6 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 207000 miles

Every time I try to start the vehicle I get a single click and nothing else. I have checked the battery. The positive terminal is only getting minimal "spark" not enough to do anything. Also it seems like when I can get it to even click it resets itself or something and I have to wiggle it to get a spark again.

It sounds like you have bad connection at the battery or the battery needs to be replaced. These two guides will help you see what's going on and fix the problem.
