The car turns over, has spark and fuel flows. So why don't it start.
I was driving and the car just stopped running, lights where still strong, battery good. It felt like it ran out of gas. No indication that anything was wrong. Thank You

Absolutely. That is when it would happen. You will need to do a compression check to know for sure.

Should I take it to a shop and get a diagnostic test done on it? Would that help me figure out what is wrong?

I would. A repair shop can usually diagnose a no start problem within an hour.

Id try to find an independent foreign repair shop. There should be one around you that specializes in foreign cars.

It's either under the car along the frame or in the fuel tank.
