I see you said that you already replaced the fuel pump, so I have to ask, when you turn the key to run, before you turn the key to start, does the fuel pump even run for two seconds or not?
If not, check the fuel pump fuse and feel if the fuel pump relay clicks when you first turn the key to run.
If the fuel pump does run, check the fuel pump pressure and make sure it is 9-13 psi and if it is or even before testing the fuel pressure, check the fuel injector fuse/s.
Simply trying a few shots of starting fluid into the throttle body would let you know if it is a fuel system problem or not. If the engine starts and runs for a couple seconds with starting fluid then it must be a fuel issue, cause that would prove the ignition is just fine.
