No spark

I have changed the alternator twice in the last two months and even acquired a new battery in that 2 months. THe belts have broken and replaced. I am not getting any spark, what could be grounding out? The engine or battery are not kicking over.

When you say the engine doesn't kick over, I assume you mean that the engine does not start but it does turn over? Meaning when you try to start the engine it cranks but does not start?

So if this is the case then based on what was just done when this started happening we need to check the compression.

Basically I suspect the timing is off causing the valves to hang open when they should be closed and this causes low or no compression.

If you have compression and no spark still then we need to make sure the crank sensor is connected properly and then we need to check the coil.
