1991 Isuzu Trooper, with 2.8 liter V6 also is running the TBI System. Mileage is 137,000. My problem is I have no gas spraying from the injectors. I have on one side of a single injector 12.4 volts with the key on. Nothing with the key off. There is no ground on the other side. The same with both injectors. I can manually feed the system with gasoline and it will start right up. Also, with power applied to the injectors, cranking the motor the injectors will spray.
With a nice cone shaped spray. If you can answer this question, I will donated enough for you to get a six-pack on your way home from work today! I need to figure this out now!! You help would be greatly appreciated, I have no manual on this vehicle. Thanks, again....Big Book of Matches!!

I guess your saying that you are some how applying the needed power to the injectors and they are spraying fuel. So I guess you already know that the filter is not plugged and the fuel pump is running. Their is something called a "Fuel Injector Resistor", I'm not sure exactly where it is located on your vehicle, but that would be a good place to start.

Next, check all of your relays. There are relays in the fuse boxes and under your dash, double check all of those. There is a "main" relay that controls the fuel pump and may control the injectors.
