After completing an instrument cluster swap, the car will not start and flashing anti-theft light?

i switched my instrument cluster on my 2011 Ford Focus 4s now my car won't start, and my anti-theft light is blinking.

The IC needs to be programed to the car before installation FYI. Let's help confirm the problem by doing a CAN scan which is easy and the scanner is reasonable, here is a video and guide to help. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon, here is a video to show you how. You can get a preprogrammed cluster by searching google or eBay.
