Those are the ones that go inside the lower rail and the pan bolts in place correct? They should be easy to reinstall. Take a large washer and socket and line up the star with the existing star inside the block. Set the stud in place with them lined up and use a well oiled nut and two to three washers to tighten the stud in place.
But those threads look like they are beat, you may want to get new ones before you pull them back in.
The process is the same you use to pull a wheel stud into place, except in this case they should line up and set into the star easily not needing to be forced into place. A dab of Permatex on the threads to keep any oil from wicking down might be a good idea.
