Removing oil pan.2003 Dodge Stratus sxt

Im having a problem on how to remove my oil pan on my 2003 dodge stratus 2.4 DOHC sxt. Looks like there a cross member I need to take off. Im just lost. Help

If I cant do it. How much would it cost for a repair shop to do it

Here are the repir procedures

OIL PAN

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.

2. Raise vehicle on hoist.

3. Drain engine oil and remove oil filter.

4. Remove oil filter adaptor from engine block

5. Remove structural collar

6. Remove lateral bending brace.

7. Remove transaxle dust cover.

8. Remove oil pan bolts.

9. Remove oil pan.

Thank you. In other words. It prettty much a repair shop fix.I dont have a hoist or jacks.

Without hoist is ok, but without jack means no way, unless you have a drain over which you can place your vehicle, lol.

Prices ranges region to region so it is best to get local quotes.
