How much torque is needed the crankshaft pulley?

The car not start, l changed the water pump, l take off crankshaft pulley
But l don’t know how much is the torque.

Hi,

If you look below, I attached the torque specifications for the vibration damper. If the engine still doesn't start, try the following.

See if it will start using starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we have a fuel related issue. If there is no change, I need you to check if it is getting spark at the plugs.

Additionally, let me know if you replaced the primary water pump or the auxiliary pump. Also, why was the crankshaft pulley removed?
