2007 Mini Cooper S Turbo Problem

Hello, I recently purchased a mini cooper s 2007, the car was damaged with water flood, I fixed everything in it and seems to work fine for the last 2 month, and now i'm facing problems with it, I almost lost half engine power, it seems to be the turbo not working or something, I dismounted the air filter and found some oil in it, then I dismounted the turbo tube and found oil in the turbo, I dont know if it should have oil in it
and I tryed to dismount both tube on the turbo and trun the engine on, and found that one is taking air and the other giving air, could you please help me?

It has oil pumped to it if you disconnected oil line then scrap the car. No car that has been in a flood should be repaired. Take to a qualified mechanic to scan and see what is wrong with it. It may be the ecm is bad due to the flooding.
