2000 Hyundai Elantra The Elantra won't start

When putting the key into the ignition and turning the key. The car shows the battery is working because all the lights light up. But there is no clicks in the soloniod and the car won't start.

Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check to see if there is 12 volts to the smaller wire on the starter. If there is, remove the starter and have it bench tested at a parts store. Chances are it is bad. If there is no power, check the starter relay and then back to the switch.
