Hi all I have 2000 elentra. And im having this problem for a while. Sometimes my car wont start so I have to use starter spray (spray to the carbirator) after that car would start fine day or two and then problem starts again. I already replaced fuel filter, now im not sure its a fuel pump or some electrical issue.

If it starts with starting fluid, then the problem is with the fuel system. Chances are the fuel pump isn't building enough pressure for it to start. You need to check it. Here is a how to for checking fuel pump pressure:

Check it and let me know what you find. If you need the pressure gauge, many parts stores will lend or rent one to you.

Let me know what you find.
