Blend door actuator?

I thought it was all vacuum. As far as a schematic, I sent the only one for the HVAC system that is listed in my manual. I checked the S10 and it's the same one.

Which one? Most of them require you to pull the dash and the HVAC box to do anything. Have you tested to be sure it is not just a bad actuator?

Got door plenum to move freely. I got the old actuator out with some difficulty ( big hands ) bought new one and am having hard time aligning and installing. Do I need to pull dash out?

On this 2000 Blazer the actuator sits at the very top next to dash board.

OK you're working through the glove box on the temperature actuator correct? There isn't much room but you can get it in there with a bit of fiddling.
