I believe I have an obstruction in my door blend arm area and it will not move from dash and floor. I hear a loud clicking noise coming from the actuator and also can feel it if I put my hand on it so I know its the one. I do believe a micro-sd adapter fell into my vent from above (dash) and now it is stuck.
I disconnected my battery and then reconnected my battery moments before this began to happen. I do not know if this is related, I have not taken the actuator off and tested to see if the blend arm will move.
My question is how do I get into the blend door arm compartment? I need to remove the obstruction or at least look to see because the actuator is in a very tricky spot for removal. Also, I did try to turn the metal circle on the actuator (not sure if it moves ), but it will not turn.
Thank you very much.

I have fixed it! The arm was stuck. I took the actuator off, re positioned the arm, and it started working.

It may stop again. The clicking noise was the plastic gears in the actuator stripped. Here is a guide and a video that will help you fix it.

The blend door is on the passenger iside under the dash. You'll just have to feel around there andsee if the motor is stuck or not working. If there is a panel covering the under dash it wil be held by screws or push pins or both.

Is the location of the blend door actuator the same for right hand drive as it is for left hand drive and if not what is the location?

I can tell you where it is for left hand drive because that is the only type we have in the US. It is on the top of the HVAC housing and requires removing the dash to access it.

Nothing loose or broken even replaced the 3 cluster of switches on dash replaced control module, and still all it did was back and forth, so I found the hot wire to the motor behind glove box the yellow wire and put a switch on it now when I want hot air I just turn switch on until I get hot then shut it off and vice verus for cold air seems to work ok this way. Thank you for your reply.

I can't find the actuator. I've looked and looked. I found 2 different actuators but neither is the one I'm looking for. The ones I found are vacuum ones. I'm looking for the electrical ac door actuator. Can you please help?

First, is this a full size blazer or S-10 Blazer. If full size, everything I find is vacuum actuated. See attached image.
