Transmission problem
1999 Honda Passport 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My transmissioin works in winter drive but not in power drive, gear shifter locks on occassion, also sdoor locks while trying to shift. Can my problem be electrical, linkage or is it the transmission

Hi keith1111,

Is the Check Trans indicator light showing all the time?

From the symptoms I believe it is more likely to be wiring or control problem rather than the transmission itself.
