OEM blower fan motor is listed at $236.03. You should be able to get after market parts at a much lower price. Check out at your local parts store.

Labor time for replacement of the motor is 0.5 hour.

I purchased a four seasons HVAC blower motor and cabin filters and would like to know how I go about replacing them, do I take out the glove box or just undo the plastic from under the glove box to get to the blower and filters?

You would need to remove the glove box to access the filter and blower motor.
