2008 Honda CRV cabin filter

Read the manual to change cabin filter, I followed the step but could not get the glove compartment to drop further down even with the level to the right is released. So that I can get to the filter.

Open the glove box. Remove the glove box stop (B) on each side, then let the glove box hang down
