Took car in 4 oil change. They removed the air conditioning filter behind the glove compartment and said it should be replaced. Their were some acorns on it as a mouse was probably eating dinner there as I live in the mountains. I told them to put it back I would replace it myself. When they did I think something fell into the blower as when I turn on the AC I get a small humming sound. It makes the noise even when I take the filter out. Is there a way to put a dry vac vacume hose in their and try to suck out what may be stuck inside? I think I can use a mirror to hold up at an angle to see inside. And no it was not humming before I got the oil change.

Hi alanhernandez,

Thank you for the donation.

I would suggest removing the blower motor to clear whatever leaves or debris that has gone into the unit. After removing the glove box and disconnecting, remove the 3 bolts ( 10 mm ) and you can wiggle the blower motor out.

You can then clean out the debris and reinstall the blower.
